Must exercise advanced reasoning and established critical and analytical thinking skills. Lead or direct all office support functions. Model excellent customer service to clients, students, faculty, administration, staff and others through all methods of contact. Confidentiality and discretion are required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.&nbsp; Related duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Proficient in using all methods of telecommunications.</li><li>Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach the appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by the employer.</li><li>Maintain accurate knowledge of college-wide resources in order to respond to questions for both internal and external customers.</li><li>Independently prepare grant correspondence reports, and memos.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills. Facilitate communication at all levels with sound judgment and skill.</li><li>Word process complex materials, editing for grammar and content. Perform computations and routine analysis regarding budgets, grants, financial processes, and government reports.</li><li>Assist with budget development and tracking. Provide regular budget updates.</li><li>Proofread completed documents to check for errors and make corrections.</li><li>Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence, and other records.</li><li>Coordinate and arrange meetings, travel arrangements, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, attend and record notes/minutes of meetings.</li><li>Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.</li><li>Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance. Assist with other purchasing needs.</li><li>Assist with the maintenance of SBDC web pages.</li><li>Foster and maintain professional interaction with internal and external community partners including and not limited to; in-person, virtual, and written correspondence.</li><li>File, code, and/or arrange filing of grant documents, and purge files in accordance with statutory governmental regulations and/or college guidelines.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional training as needed to maintain current with administrative and technological demands of the position.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:&nbsp; <ul><li>Facilitate residents’ linkage with services available in the community (e.g., case management, clinical services, day programs, vocational services and opportunities, community integration, entitlements, etc.).</li><li>Development of quarterly goal plans, functional assessments, goal plan reviews. Weekly meetings with clients to develop skills and review progress.&nbsp; Responsible for all documentation required for client record (e.g., progress notes, discharge plans, etc.).</li><li>Provide individual counseling and support services.</li><li>Housing services including assistance with maintenance issues.</li><li>Provide daily living skills training (e.g., medication monitoring and training, cleaning, money management, etc.).</li><li>Perform monthly fire safety inspections.</li><li>Attendance at weekly supervision and staff meetings.</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Supervisor.</li></ul> Salary: $55,000/yr. &nbsp; Position Requirements Bachelors Degree preferred in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other related mental health discipline, plus 2 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses.&nbsp; The individual in this position must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.
