Provide functional and technical leadership and expertise including in-depth knowledge of system setup, vendor management, data security, and management of the Portal platform. Serve as liaison with Information Technology and StarRez. Direct all aspects of the StarRez Resident Management System (RMS). This includes coding of housing applications, assignments, as well as creation of charge schedules for fall, spring and summer semesters and the enrollment verification annually. Determines the needs and provides support for StarRez and other technology within the department, collaborate with other offices/departments involved. Coordinate the department's effort to revise all housing applications annually (Freshman, Returning Students, Exchange Students, Summer, and Spring). </li><li>Develop and edit the content of the StarRez housing portal, all modules providing annual revisions and enhancements, and the content and edits to the department website. </li><li>Research system enhancements according to best practices and protocols; evaluate impact on existing policies and procedures; propose and develop recommendations. </li><li>Create and revise data management documentation. </li><li>If applicable, supervises staff that assist with the execution of housing assignments/business operations/marketing, this includes but is not limited to Administrative Assistants and the department's student workers. Provide direction and oversight of the daily functions of the position. </li><li>Responsible for all aspects of the housing application, contract, and assignment processes. </li><li>Manage housing revenue and expenditures, verification and documentation of financial transactions, and under the supervision of the Director, prepare, manage and execute the department budgets (including reports, purchase orders, requisitions, direct payments, etc.). In conjunction with the Procurement department, initiate solicitations as needed. </li><li>Work closely with the Manager of Housing and Residence Life Facility Operations for daily operations of housing facilities. Work with contractors as necessary to maintain housing facilities and address issues that arise. </li><li>Responsible for verifying and documenting all billing processes for housing charges. Responsible for all imports, exports, and data exchanges between RMS and Banner. Complete a formal review of housing rates entered into RMS each year. Serve as the administrator for RMS and work closely with Information Technology on software management and needs. </li><li>Review and approve daily billing reports. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all University policies and laws as it pertains to housing data systems. </li><li>Assist the Director with facility budget management and development, strategic planning, and vendor contracts. Monitor and track facilities expenses within the department budget. </li><li>Work closely with Director and other Residence Life staff in planning staff training. </li><li>Assist with New Student and Transfer Student Orientation days. </li><li>Maintain visibility in housing areas to proactively serve the community living in on-campus housing. </li><li>Serve in the Leadership Team on Call (LTOC) rotation with the Director, Associate Director(s) and Assistant Director(s) during the year. </li><li>Serve on Housing and Residence Life committees and/or university committees as assigned by the Director. </li><li>Stay current with national trends in housing and residence life. </li><li>Assist with coordination of Housing and Residence Life events such as check-in, checkout, and move-in. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Director and/or the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA).</li></ul> Required Knowledge and Skills <ul><li>Master’s degree; Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. </li><li>Three years of experience in the field of business administration or residence life operations. </li><li>Previously demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of office administration, or related field with significant administrative experience. </li><li>Proficiency from experience or coursework in at least one of the following: JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Extensible Markup Language (XML), JavaScript, C#, CSS, Java, Python, or Structured Query Language (SQL). </li><li>Understanding of databases and analytic technologies. </li><li>Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL (Redshift, Oracle) and ability to use a major programming languages. </li><li>Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as be an effective team member. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills. Production Planning & Control Manager

Position SummaryThe Finance Operations Director is responsible for leading the overall financial management of the ISC operations of Proximo. This position is accountable for the development and execution of a strategic vision for financial operations, including monitoring/forecasting financial data to identify potential efficiencies, and critical issues and ensure sound risk management and internal control environment. This position ensures that Operations P&amp;L and Cash analysis and reporting for both current and outlook performance of the supply finance and accounting team. He/she is the principal business partner of the ISC VP. Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the development and creation of supply chain processes being flexible and creative and acting as a change agent to influence adoption.</li><li>Ensure continuous improvement plans are in place for successful business continuity.</li><li>Create and implement a clear strategic vision of how finance can enable the supply chain to optimize the business and organization, connect operational metrics to accounting and financial outcomes, to drive business success and long-term growth.</li><li>Provide strategic financial leadership by partnering with Senior Supply Chain Management on initiatives and sequencing to create a competitive advantage in sourcing, production, logistics, distribution, and procurement achieving cost and service objectives</li><li>Develop tangible cost and capacity glide paths in line with revenue and profitability targets through production and sourcing strategies and CAPEX impact.</li><li>Lead the Supply Chain Finance function including 1) Financial Planning and analysis, 2) Sourcing/Operations support, and 3) Product pricing support.</li><li>Act as chief financial lead for the most impactful line on the company P&amp;L – COGS and inventory</li><li>Act as a strategic thought partner, finance lead, reporting, and analysis provider to VP ISC and their direct reports.</li><li>Coach, mentor, manage, and develop the team in lline with the three core supply chain finance pillars mentioned above</li><li>Manage the commodity market basket (COGS) including preparing annual budgets, and monthly forecasts along with variance tracking each period including long-term plan</li><li>Mature the development of analytical views that include segmenting by the supplier, spend components (commodities, processing, freight, fees), historical inflation by brand, contracts by vendor, etc.</li><li>Build model capabilities to support future reporting efforts that could include cost to produce, buying behavior analytics, and validation of margins.</li><li>Lead the review process that shares progress with stakeholders and highlights areas of risk and opportunity.</li><li>Continue to expand financial reporting and drive standardization within Supply Chain Finance to help inform decision-making and provide leadership with a clear picture of COGS.</li><li>Partner with Procurement during RFPs to model out financial impacts and help ensure data is accurate and presented clearly for senior leadership</li><li>Help drive forecast accuracy by closing the loop on variance reconciliations and using data to improve forecast intelligence</li><li>Keep key stakeholders and leadership informed via Scorecards and Dashboards</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Analytical--Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.</li><li>Problem Solving--Identifies and resolves problems promptly; Gathers and analyses information skilfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem-solving situations. </li><li>Initiative--Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions and calculated risks; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed.</li><li>Business Acumen--Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals. </li><li>Project Management--Coordinates project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget.</li><li>Managing People--Includes staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating, and process improvement; Takes responsibility for subordinates' activities; Makes self-available to staff; Provides regular performance feedback; Develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth; Solicits and applies customer feedback (internal and external); Fosters quality focus in others; Improves processes, products and services; Continually works to improve supervisory skills. </li></ul>Key Relationships &amp; Scope<ul><li>Operations: Stranahan´s (Colorado, USA), Old Bushmills (Belfast, Ireland), Proximo (Indiana, USA), Great Jones (NY, NY), Black Dirt, (Warwick, NY)</li><li>Distribution channels: Mexico, US, Canada, UK, Northern Ireland, JCMD, Australia I2I &amp; China</li></ul>Knowledge and Experience<ul><li> Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance</li><li>Seven plus years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning. Relevant experience in the consumer goods industry, spirits experience, and/or 3-tier distribution experience preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of database and accounting application systems to supply the most accurate financial operations information. Four to six years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent strategic, analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, time management and presentation skills required.</li></ul>
