The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Oneida/Huntsville is accepting applications for the position of Associate Instructor, Digital Graphic Design Technology located at the Morgan County Correctional Complex, Wartburg, TN.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Teach and instruct rehabilitation and correctional students in technical training to prepare them to re-enter the job market in the digital graphic design technology field through lecture, demonstrations, and/or audio visual aids - (Essential)</li>
<li>Prepare syllabi of courses of study with detailed lesson plans - (Essential)</li>
<li>Accurately prepare and submit all required documentation/reports by set deadlines - (Essential)</li>
<li>Administer tests to evaluate student progress - (Essential)</li>
<li>Maintain all student academic records related to the program (i.e., grades, attendance, discipline, etc.) - (Essential)</li>
<li>Attend workshops and/or other training programs to remain current in the Digital Graphic Design Technology industry - (Essential)</li>

Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree or Diploma from an accredited technical training program in the occupation to be taught Three years of related industry work experience within the last five years

Related national, industry-recognized certifications, i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, Lightroom Photo, Premiere Pro Video, Adobe InDesign
Mac proficiency a plus

High degree of knowledge in all aspects of digital graphic design Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Roane State Community College is inviting applications for qualified candidates for a full time faculty position in our Mechatronics Program. The successful candidate will teach a combination of Mechatronics classes including introductory classes in electrical circuits, hydraulics/pneumatics, mechanical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), as well as advanced classes in statics/dynamics, robotics, PLCs, and automated production technologies. Classes are taught both in daytime and evening classes at our Clinton Facility and at the Harriman Campus. Some classes may be located at area high schools. 
The appointment is expected to begin in August 2024.

Job Duties
Plan and teach classes as outlined in the course descriptions and course syllabi.

Provide service to the campus and students under the direction of the Program Director for Mechatronics.&nbsp;

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics or similar Engineering field. 
An Associate degree in these fields in conjunction with relevant professional experience is also acceptable.

Teaching experience in manufacturing technology-related programs. Teaching experience in post-secondary education programs. Master’s degree in suitable engineering discipline. Computer skills including familiarity with Desire2Learn (or other course management software), schematic design software, Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
