Assistant Professor of Marketing & Professional Sales

Department of Marketing & Professional Sales

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for full-time, tenure track faculty positions as Assistant Professor of Marketing & Professional Sales in the Department of Marketing & Professional Sales with a preferred start date of August 2025. These are nine-month contracted positions. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia. 

Responsibilities

  • Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, including: Principles of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Professional Sales, Marketing Research, International Marketing, or Retail Marketing. Additionally, the department is adapting to the new educational and business environment. Creative and/or innovative courses are being considered.
  • Service to the Department/College/University/Profession as determined by need and interest of the department.
  • Scholarship/research expectations and activities are expected.

Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials 

Guidelines.

Required Qualifications Include

A Ph.D. or a DBA, or the foreign equivalent, in Marketing or a related field is required. All areas of teaching interest in Marketing will be considered. The required degree must be earned by the start date.
